By accessing, registering, or using any part of the cuci10 platform — whether through the official website at cuci10.app or our mobile app — you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions set out in this document.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and cuci10 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please cease using the platform immediately.

Cuci10 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the terms in effect.

To register and use the cuci10 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years on the date of registration and while using the platform.
• Not currently on an active self-exclusion list on any registered gambling platform.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country or territory of residence.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only on the cuci10 platform. Owning, using, or managing multiple accounts — whether directly or through an intermediary — constitutes a serious violation of these terms.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Never share your password or login details with anyone, including cuci10 staff. Our staff will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
